    Looking to pull the trigger on front and rear bumpers for my 2016 Tacoma.

    I understand quality and pricing will vary from vendor to vendor, but in general is the opinion that you're better off getting the powder coating from the company you're purchasing the bumpers from?

    Or getting bare steel and doing the powdering local?

    I'm willing to pay within reason a bit more for a better quality powder coating.

    Looking at either Relentless Fab, Victory 4x4 or CBI for the bumpers.

    Depends on where you live.

    I live in the Bay Area where salt air is super bad.

    I like to take my stuff to powder coaters here because they understand what the area is and tend to give it more care. At a higher price...
