i redid my music and have about 5 folders with 50 to 100 songs in each folder. when i am in a folder and do random play it is randomly playing tracks from all the folders not just the folder i am in. what am i missing?

I'm late to the game on this because just a couple months ago figured out how to rip my compact disc. I use windows 10 media player and have over 200 cd's or almost completely full 16gb thumb drive. So most every cd shows as a folder I believe. I'm not sure how the random works to be honest.
