***SOLD***FOCAL KX3 mid range “9.5/10” $375 shipped

I have a less than 2 month old set of Focal K2 ES165K 4 ohm mid bass version of Focals Kevlar 2 way speakers that sound absolutely amazing... selling the newest KX3 mid range with these for the full 3 way set. I will split if somebody wants one or the other. Mids are $400 shipped. Whole set I’m asking $900 shipped. these speakers are so clean, refined, detailed and powerful sounding! Only upgrading bc I got a great deal on a set of Utopia’s and I have to let one set go.. one of the mid bass drivers have a small amount of foam fuzz from stinger fast rings that were installed with these.. the tweeters have the Tessa tape still wrapped around the wiring and the crossovers are brand new and never seen power.. these are rated 4ohms @100wrms and 200w max @4 ohms.. other than the details I listed above these are in excellent condition and barely have a scratch on them.. as pictured these were built and manufactured by hand in Italy on 9/17/2020., I’m asking $600 shipped to your door for them if you’re not willing to pay friends and family so it’ll cover the fees and the anxiety of me waiting 2 weeks for funds to transfer. ohm resistance tests shown with true rms digital multimeter... beautiful speakers that will be packaged in two boxes with Crutchfield peanuts packed in both boxes... they come with all original hardware and tweeter pods that were never used.. great speakers for a 2 way active set if you’ve got a dsp or use the crossover and run them passive... these babies will get down and sing! $575 shipped PayPal friends and family... please check my feedback on here and buy with complete confidence... open to reasonable offers on these and thanks for looking

are these direct drop in plug n play replacements for OEM standard factory setup (non jbl)? Focal is great brand in studio world.

 

They won’t be complete plug and play oem but they sell adapters for them for like $10 on Amazon. I would highly recommend an aftermarket amp for them that’s going to give them proper rms power or even 125-150 wrms for each channel and just run all new speaker wire to them from the aftermarket amp. These will not sound right without an amp. They like power and sound very good with it

 

Got the 2ohn Versions. Can’t even hear my Primal Screams anymore. Great units. GLWS
