I’ll be headed that way around 9am, meeting with the insurance guy at 9:30 at the Albertsons in town.
Let me know if you need anything at the shop or if I should meet you and beat up a doctor.

Looks great! I've never had bulgogi or made it, but it's on my short list.

    Asking for a friend:

Using this bulgogi sauce would be wrong on a fine cut of beef?

It would make sense to use it on the second rate cuts, correct?

Otherwise, a peep could get by with A-1 if that's the flavor they like.

It's primarily used to soften tough cuts of beef, as Koreans have suffered under a bunch of foreign occupations over hundreds of years and their cuisine was influenced by it.

There's many Korean food shows on YouTube showing wartime dishes like Ramen and hot dogs lol

Then I'm kind of not really interested in this seasoning.

If I'm ponying up for a quality cut of beef, I'm really not interested in hiding the taste of that expensive beef.

    Tell me I'm wrong.

It's more about the sauce nowadays rather than hiding the beef.

Take a cut of steak and hit it with the meat hammer and make the marinade/sauce. Marinade the meat for a short time and cook it together. It's a sauce with strips of beef in it, at its simplest. Like a sweet and salty Asian non-creamy stroganoff served over rice instead of noodles. Same same, but completely different lol.

This isn't new. I found it in a box today. My former boss and friend got it for me for Christmas a number of years ago. It is indicative of how I cook especially chicken.
