So my daughter wants to have a gun I bought her framed as a Christmas gift. Does anyone know of any companies capable of this ?

Usually, framing shops use silicone and stronger adhesives to attach items to the back of shadowboxes. You could call around and ask what methods they might be able to use.

You could also possibly do/ask for something like this

You can find some pretty large shadowboxes online or at hobby lobby

    Accessible while on display.

    Edit: with a lockable case.

You could definitely make a box with a sliding top or side and add a locking mechanism. Once again, you could call around and see who would make that... If you're in a metro area, I bet SOMEONE would, but it would probably cost an astronomical amount.

The box is nice, but a thief would just take the box and the gun, so what's the point of locking the box?

If I were to make that and put a handgun in it, I'd screw the box to the wall next to my bed, with a small hammer hanging from a string. There'd be a label on the box saying "In Case of Emergency, Break Glass".

But all my guns stay locked in a safe when I'm not there. Except the one I'm carrying.

I do not flash guns (or a lot of things). Odds are somebody who robs you knows you directly or tangentially. No reason to supply incentives.
