I’ve had my 09 frame inspected every time I take it in but they said they aren’t re-coating them anymore after having told me I was on a wait list for it. They also said the frame is fine but I’m not happy with the fact the bumper and tow bar are rusting like crazy.

Go to a different dealership. They absolutely are still coating frames.

Toyota sprayed my frame but it doesn't really last much more than a year and then its gone and you're back to bare metal! This also had no effect on the 12 year extended frame warranty.
