Hey yall. I am tuning 3rd gen tacomas in the Denver area. We can discuss me traveling for a tune if there are more than a few interested parties (group discount tbd on # of trucks), but you coming here would be the quickest option.

I can tune any year 3rd gen Tacoma's. And yes, I paid for and unlocked all of these ECU's. **VIN unlocking is now required and we are abiding by all rules from OV/VfTune**

If you'd like to schedule something please either comment, pm, or book via my website:
    www.coloradotoyotatuning.com

Pricing is $400 for KDMax base and $500 for KDMax pro and OTT, then free tunes from then on however many changes you'd like to make I got you covered for the tune you purchase. If we need to update you to the latest TSB on techstream then to flash it will take 10-20 min total with tuning after, if we just need to flash a tune (mostly newer trucks) it will take about 5-10 min

Please comment here with interest and I'll shoot you a PM to iron things out and we can get something scheduled (you can also PM me or book via my website: www.coloradotoyotatuning.com).

    Benefits:
    -Increased horsepower and torque
-Pushes the power more to lower rpms instead of the surge at 3.5-4k rpms
-Acceleration and throttle response are improved significantly
-Helps with gear hunting/shifting, especially on the highway
(Pretty much everything to make your truck drive as it should)

    Update:
I started my own business: www.coloradotoyotatuning.com

I live down in the Springs! Do I need to get hardware for this tune? Or do you work with factory equipment? I have a semi custom 2020 SR5 4x4. Lmk! Thanks.

Same question as Spuds. What am I required to purchase for you to perform the tune?

You don’t need to purchase anything else. I bought a dedicated tune laptop, battery maintainer, the software, a tactrix cable, credits to unlock more ECU’s, and .vft tunes so I can do everything!

Adam flashed my 2018 TRD OR AT today and man what a difference it makes! It was quick and easy and I highly recommend reaching out to him to get this done.

    Thanks a ton man!

Hey Adam, good timing. I was wondering if we had anyone in the area tuning Tacomas. I'm interested in getting my '17 OR MT done. I need the TSBs too. I live in the Monument area.

    Thx, Kyle

Night and day difference in my 20 OR/AT. Feels like it's always in ECT, but better; smoother shifting, stays in gear longer, instant throttle response. Man, that was a fun drive home.
Adam is a good guy and very knowledgeable with tuning. Total tune time was about 30 mins and well worth $250.

Throwing another review out there for people who might be debating getting the tune. Adam is a stand-up dude and was able to meet up yesterday to get the tune loaded in very short order. Adam clearly explained what tunes could be loaded and what some alternatives were (e.x. MooseDitty's M+W). I have a 2017 DCSB TRDOR, and I went with the OVT 2.0 minus gear locking and enhanced throttle response, and it was pretty noticeable already. What I would call the "lurchiness" of the truck under acceleration has basically disappeared and it feels like the engine runs about 500 rpm below what it used to. It feels like the truck is driving with ECT always on. If anything, I need to retrain myself to not be scared of the accelerator. Haven't gotten a chance to test it on the highway yet but I've got a ski trip this Saturday and I'm excited to put it to the test. A final benefit is that he offers unlimited retunes in the future, which is great since it turns out I live 5 minutes away from him. Thanks again Adam!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone so far, it feels good to be able to put a smile on yalls faces! And it’s been great meeting more awesome folks from TW in CO.

I also wanted to let you know I am running a toy drive for neighbors that can’t afford presents for their kids. I’m using some of the money I have made back here to grab art supplies and craft making stuff for a 9 y/o girl in our neighborhood whose mother lost her job with the rockies/nuggets, and hopefully will have more wish lists soon. So thanks everyone! And if you’re interested in participating, please pm me!
