Airbags seem a little... off. Maybe?

Hey guys. So I just installed Firestone ride rites. And they seem a little weird. It seems that most people run like 5-10 psi and the bags look like their fully expanded.

I got mine on, put 5 psi, still flat. Put 10 psi. Still nearly flat. Put 25 psi, and they still seem oddly low (pictures are of 25 psi).

I’m in a 2021 Long bed. I have a shell and a drawer system. So it’s about 400 lbs MAX.

It seems weird that I have 25 psi, more than double what most people say they run, and they seem like they are still under inflated. Is it possible I was sent the wrong set / size? They bolted up just fine.

Again, pictures are of 25 psi
Center of hub to fender is 23” on both sides. Which is about 1” gain from being stock.
    400lbs load. Maybe.

    Running cradle as well.

    Thoughts?

I think you just have weight on the rear end, I’ve got the same bags/cradles and run 30-60psi with a full time topper. I’ve also often got 250lbs of bikes/rack cantilevered off the hitch. Before the bags, I had a good deal of sag, even with a helper leaf/Bilstein 5100 set up.
My impression is the folks who run them with lower psi either have very little weight back there daily or more robust suspension so they don’t need to rely on the bags as much.
    Just my .02
