i was in Mt Home from Nov 96 to june 2002. I dont remember too many times it snowed a lot. Up north of Mt home it was deep snow by Anderson Ranch Dam. I thought for sure my 95 Toyota was going to get stuck but it made it out of some back roads but it was a slow drive..

Thanks my dear, will do. I'll see if they even have anything in the range I'm in and that I like and go from there...they have a trd off road 4 runner that is amazingly beautiful but $53,000 is a big no, unless we're doing a go fund me for it hahaha. I appreciate your offer, I'll definitely be asking for help if needed!

I use my wireless printer with no issues, bf hates it and refuses to even try to use it. I have to handle all printing jobs in this household or printer would be thrown out front door or beaten in little pieces lol

I priced out a T4R off road with the kdss today, it was 43K. That must be the pro.

Yes, all the bells and whistles...I would definitely consider it if it was in my range. Heated seats is very me.

    Coz I said! ;)
Ok, brand new, drive it off the lot, is it worth more or less?
Will the dealership give you more for a trade in, or less than you can get in a private sale?
Do you have the money to pay for it up front??? Or.. finance it? just don't
Drive what you have, fix what needs to be fixed, and save your money until it gives you the power to walk away.
It sounds like you go to the dealership to have your oil changed. o_O
I wonder how the dealership pays for that nice waiting room, nice big building, free donuts, etc?

Drive the truck you have, fix what needs fixing, keep driving your truck til the wheels fall off. It's money left in your pocket/bra. ;)

    There, that's why.

    Anyone seen my wallet?
heres my take on all of this, who cares!

some people make enough money, some people dont, not everyone can live the exact same way so why care? Live and let live.

I see your point but I also think ok,
Drive it till it breaks down, say engine or transmission takes a crap or something horrible, then I have nothing of value to sell or trade in... I'll also pay a shop double the amount to fix everything that breaks until it is not fixable. Probably adds up quick as well. If I was a mechanic and able to repair things for cheaper myself, it would definitely be a hell no. But unfortunately, that's not the case..
it's almost at 170,000 miles and I'm trying to consider all options. I do appreciate the input 100% and consider it everyday, thank you. This is why I haven't done anything yet.

Good deal. Getting all the drivers in place should have made all the functions work for ya. :)
