Looking good creed. That lathe on the ways looks like one we have, a larger LeBlonde that someone in the past had modified for a little more swing.

it’s not too bad. That’s on a powerline, so there’s 100 yards or so across of fairly open area, but real thick on either side. I was in a treestand and he walked out beside me to the left about 40 yards away.

Noticed also your Tacoma looks like our first one a 2001 Tacoma double cab OR, in lunar mist Metallica, ok metallic. Great truck 10 years and nothing other than a water pump covered under warranty and the belt/ general maintenance. Near 200k miles, before trading.

It's an '03, has 203,000 on it. I've had it for a year and a half. Put a radiator in it, alternator, and a few other things. I need to work on the rack and pinion for the steering, it has a small leak but other than that it's been a good truck. I hope to drive it to 400,000 :D

12+ inches of snow! Some lake effect thing? Goodness gracious, no thank you. We've had a few good ones here in SE Nebraska.

We got about 3/4" of snow yesterday.

Windchill of -8 right now but 40 creeping around for this weekend. Odd winter so far. o_O

This just a few minutes ago out the back patio door. I'd say we got a inch lil more possibly. Doubt visible but under that grass thatch feral cat...wife's feeding them again. 20201214_080946.jpg

New poll, this could be the week if it hasn't happened yet!

When I was in high school I got out after 3rd period and worked at a landscape nursery my junior and senior years. I hated it. Worked there 2 years, both years for Christmas I got a box of peanut brittle. I didn't like it so my dad ate it. I was thankful I got something though.

Nothing Yet but We had got $200.00 MasterCard Gift Cards.

That I give to the others in the Shop since they are a Pain for me to use.

The owner has been crying poverty all year seems no one had a clue in the brain trust that purchase orders should be had before returning machines so a few hundred thousand in invoices is not being paid.

I get nothing for a Christmas bonus.

Christmas in general is a little weird for us. The family that is in town doesn't celebrate Christmas and the family that does celebrate we either don't want to see anyway (horrible but true) or they live too far away. Also, my wife has to do Continuing Medical Education and the seminar she usually chooses is in Hawaii in February. Rough, right? The first time we decided we were going to go, we gave the kids (then 9 and 10 years old) the choice of presents but no Hawaii or Hawaii but no presents. There was next to no hesitation when they both yelled Hawaii. This year has put the brakes on that trip though. And figures it would be on Maui this year.

I somehow must have fat fingered the quote tab and couldn't figure out how to exit..but same here, a Christmas card signed by upper management, 2 paid days off, and if I'm not on a super hot job then they usually let us cut out a couple hours early the day before. :rofl:jelly of the month club...classic. my favorite is the super wax put on the saucer sled
