There are definitely advantages when feeding raw food. But it's important to remember that many raw foods also have the potential of contamination. Bones can cause intestinal blockages-this is something you don't want to have happen.

The biggest con is convenience. Especially on trips. You'll either have to pre-make meals or carry everything with you. Either way, raw food requires refrigeration. It's also not cheap to feed-especially if you buy the formulated stuff.

Thanks - I adopted him from my gf, who has wayyy too many other rescues at her place. I never thought I would have a bulldog, but he is really cool. Super chill, and he has become best friends with my Lab. Sometimes they get into trouble together, but they def. have fun. Q and B.jpg

Nah, he prob. can't even conceptualize biting anything other than his toys. He has a very strong jaws though, when he wants his ball, I can't get it from him. And I haven't been able to comquer the commands "out / drop" yet. Still working on that. He is much more stubborn than my Lab.

I had a buddy that had one his name was Thor and they are comical to watch. He'd take him for a walk and when Thor was done walking that was it and he have to carry him the rest of the way:rofl:

Old man went and got Bronchitis. Steroids and antibiotics for 2 weeks. Thick bloody boogies was a first clue, followed by wheezy gurgly breathing.

Thing I love about pups is even when they’re sick, they’re always ready to play!

We had to put our boy on steroids for an ear infection. That only lasted for a day, he couldn't control his peeing so we had to take him off them. Vet recommended benadryl and it worked great.
