Been trying to figure out how to machine this pipe on an angle with a taper. Whew.

Now to put some holes in the side of the funnel.

My co worker needed a pick me up, so I 3D printed a new van mascot. It worked!

My wife did everything up to her BS before we were married completely on her own - held down a full time job and came out with her degree and next to no debt. Her Doctorate was after we were married and the kids were born. She worked Friday through Sunday from 7pm to 7am, slept while her mom watched the kids until noon on Mondays then took care of them and did schoolwork during the week. That was her schedule for 2 years. We are still paying for the extra schooling but she's making more each year now than it cost for the degree so it was well worth it.

For the kids, we've had a 529 account for them that we've been paying into and earning interest on since they were 2. My youngest should also get some assistance from the Cystic Fibrosis Association. They won't get a free ride but they'll be alright.

That is awesome. Get the file from Thingiverse?

Lightsaber failed towards the tip but other than that, Darth Buddha came out alright for my first print using ABS.

I need fire my printer back up. I have a few things I'd like to print but haven't been overly motivated to do it.

I'm decent at visualizing things but looking at just the diagram, I was pretty lost. Amazing job matching those 2 up!

I haven’t done any abs printing but my brother seems to like it. He uses a creality cr6se without an enclosure and it seems to lay down pretty well.

he printed the first Mando with wood filament, and it’s the same thingiverse file I used

One hole down, tough one to go. Had to bolt on the tall jaws.

You make them in a lathe. One piece of 10mm rod in each chuck, heat in the middle and feed them into each other. They build into a roughly round shape and we use graphite tools to get it round. Virtually the same way people make marbles, they just snap the rod off at the end.
