Alright I can’t be the only one with this. Anyone ever find a solid, long term solution to the passenger rattle.

My 2019 does it too. Seems a widespread issue.

Yeah. I fixed it by removing the a-pillar cover, removing the speaker cover, and then stuck a thin piece of black fabric where the two pieces were rubbing. I could tell where the spot was by a noticeable wear mark on the a-pillar cover.

i added a small piece of rubber between the two and it only did it in cold weather..

I used a three inch long piece of 1/4" black heat shrink wire wrap. Just press it together and crease the edges. Then used a thin putty knife to poke it in between the pillar and vent. Blends in perfectly and no more annoying rattle. Now to figure out how to get the overhead console to stop rattling.

Only rattle in my truck i've ever hear was the metal seat belt clip shake against the plastic pillar when its not buckled. Otherwise its an extremely tight truck.

My 19 AC has a thump thump from the passenger door area on long rolling bumps or sometimes on stutter bumps.
