    Hey All,

So, short story long about a month ago my little commuter car got totaled when another driver crossed 4 lanes of traffic trying to make their exit and crashed into me. This took my wife and me down to one car - her RAV4.

So it’s prime time hunting season. Peak of the rut and I was out bow hunting and was fortunate enough to harvest another deer. Being down to only one vehicle I loaded this deer into the back of my wife’s car and headed on home. Now listen, I try to be considerate I put down plastic wrap and Dexter’d the back of her car, I cleaned it out, etc. Let’s just say she wasn’t happy about me “putting dead animals into the back of her car”.

I’ve been wanting to buy a Tacoma for years now, honestly it’s my dream truck. The insurance company said they’re totaling the little commuter car and cut us a check. After this last hunting “incident” my wife agreed that I need to go buy my Tacoma (and leave her car alone).

Last Sunday I stopped by the dealership and they found me a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-road 3.5L 6SPD Manual and I put down my deposit! I really wanted the manual so they had to get it shipped it from another dealership. I’m impatiently waiting on it now.

Thanks for having me - also the deer that ultimately made this all possible will be getting mounted in the garage haha!

Congrats on the buck and the truck! Can't wait to see your rig.
My buddy and I used my truck when he bagged a 6x6 elk two years ago. Even quartered and deboned, he barely fit in the bed with all our gear. 20170921_104759_20201218090213887.jpg
