i just bought a 3" lift for my 97 tacoma it came with the spacer for the top of the struts and a 2" block for beneath the leafsprings. By just looking at it, it appears if I install the block my brake lines will come into contact with my leaf springs. What now?

Follow the brake lines to their bracket on the axel. You should be able to bend the bracket to give the extra clearance.
