    They wouldn't pass anyways, a catch can is a tampering of the PCV system and any sort of modification other than the the OE setup or some sort of inline oil/ vapor separator which appears OE will fail visual emissions inspection immediately.

    It’s pretty easy to remove so long as you keep the hose long enough. Just disconnect the hose and route it back to your TB, good to go. Probably don’t even need to put a clamp on it.

    Yeah you wouldn't even clamps for sure as long as the hose fits well over the barbs but it's one of those mods you would have to reverse before emissions due to automatic failures once the rig is seen.

    I have zero problems passing smog with my oil catch can, and that's living in the Enhanced Smog Check Program area.

    Agreed. I've never been hassled for my catch can (dirty anodized black). I think the urd throttle body adapter and thermo adapter scream louder as possible violations.

    A trackday at laguna will have the 90 decibel limit. It is is a race event by a large organization they will most likely have different limits. Ex: Moto go, touring leagues, etc. Also with covid they shut down an event because people were not following the tracks guide line for masks and social distancing. Not just kick the 1 or 2 people out, but the whole group and organizers.
    Button willow raceway just out side of bakersfield will be opening another tack at their facility. I think in March.
    So @Lucario Runner if you do that let me know. Bakersfield is the texas of cali:rofl:

    Just point the tailpipe to the opposite side of the track, that used to work. Then they started putting sensors on both sides of the track.

    One side pulls clean air and is not a PCV valve like the driver side. Though having a catch can help with any particulates floating in the intake surge tank. My throttle plate and surge tank were much cleaner after a single catch can on the driverside
