No sound coming from speakers- Any ideas?

Hi all,

So I have 2017 SR5 with the non JBL system. The other day I turned on my car and couldn’t get my music to play. First thought it was my connection to my phone but I tried Bluetooth, usb, FM, AM Cd. Everything and no sound. I can turn the volume up and down and it does nothing. None of the little beeps either when navigating the menus. Does anyone have an idea what may be wrong or how to fix?

what app are you using? to play music

edit: nvm, I didn't read the whole thing... good luck on the beep

 

Try holding the power button in for at least 5 seconds and it will reset.
Not sure if that will fix your sound but its a start.

 

speaker outputs connection came loose from the back or the HU's power amp chip(s) died
