    Just an FYI, KTJO responded after I inquired about your mix-up:

    "I did see it. In the process of checking all the bags. Noticed the factory put some of the same side in the same bag. Going to have to switch those out. If you don’t mind making a post for me to just let them know to send me a message and I will be glad to send them a returned label and the side no problem at all. I can get these out actually tomorrow."

    So, if anyone receives an order like the above with two of the same caps, they're double-checking the mix-up for future orders, and to send them a message at exchange@ktjo4x4.com to get a replacement cap, and I assume a return label to return the duplicate cap. :thumbsup: (please include order #)

    She didn't know of the error until it was brought to her attention by @vecdran . She's now checking all orders, and set up the exchange for any orders from the first batch that might have the wrong cap. :thumbsup: "She did see it" comment is referring to the email from @vecdran notifying her of the error...

    Looks good enough to me. It's not an exact match, but come on, how much time do you actually spend staring intently focused on the texture of your A-Pillar?

    I see a lot of comments here about frustrations with communications and order fulfillment. I've worked professionally in supply chain for over 5 years now, and let me tell you, pulling something like this off solo is an absolute nightmare. Give her a spot of compassion and a chance to make things right. You'll get your handle. It's not the end of the world if you have to wait another week. Hell, I'm the guy who kicked off the "wrong bolt cover" thing, and you know what? I slapped some black tape on top of it. As long as I get the right cover in a month or so, I'm happy. This shit is hard, it's the holiday season, and what are you going to do, buy a similar product from someone else?

    I responded to the email, but perhaps should have sent to the address in the email requesting shipping address updates. What did you guys respond to?
