It may hide all your hard work cleaning it up, but under the air box?

I had thought about drilling and bolting it to the bottom section of the air box, but I now have my eyes on that part of the firewall behind the abs pump.

    Good mornin John:hattip:

Removed the TB spacer, solenoid and drilled a hole in the spare coupler i bought. Then mounted the nozzle adapter, and trimmed down the coupler some and started test fitting everything. Also got a longer fitting for the intercooler outlet as the one URD provided with their kit was just barely long enough.

After doing the cut, fit, cut, fit, cut, fit dance several times, finally got everything how i wanted it and the charge pipe on the driver side fits much better now. Tip for those of y’all who need to cut silicone fittings. Tighten down a hose clamp and use an exacto knife to get the cleanest cuts. For drilling the hole for the nozzle mount, I froze my coupler overnight and then drilled it out to a 37/64 hole. After that I cut it out little by little with an exacto knife until the nozzle mount fit in there snugly

And the whole reason for this exercise: solenoid be gone

Dude that looks amazing. Your hack-fab skills is truly motivating me. I got my meth ballast tank in today, and I picked up 10 feet of water line, so all that I'm waiting for is the wire loom to put around the water line from the bed to the engine bay. Oh and I need to find that little 30gpm pump I bought years ago. I really hope I still have it, I have a knack for permanently misplacing parts even though they haven't left my parts storage.... it's like the parts fairly comes and steals stuff sometimes.

Also, good morning (it's 230 AM here right now).

Morning bro! Thanks man, glad my backyard hack could motivate you to get some stuff on the truck knocked out. I really like that fuel cell. Have you decided where you're going to mount it in the bed yet? Haha i know that feeling all too well. I hang onto stuff thinking i will definitely need this one day, and then when that day comes i have a hell of a time finding it.

I was curious what the time difference was like from Edmonton and Tejas. Looks like i'm an hr ahead of you down here

Thanks! And welcome to TW :hattip:

Good mornin John! Have a great day brother :headbang:

Wired up my low level indicator today for the water/meth reservoir and drilled a hole in the lotek pillar mount to install it. This will give me a little peace of mind going longer between refilling it. Also I ordered a straight style nozzle holder from Snow yesterday but that won’t be here for a while. The one I am using right now though doesn’t let the nozzle thread in far enough so it’s set back in the holder about an 1/8 and that’s with it in as far as it’ll go.

If I don’t constantly get on it, I can make it last about a tank and a half or two of gas before needing refilling. Lately though I’ve been needing to refill it more haha. It has been running good so I’ve been giving it the beans:D

I haven't looked into that setup really before, how much does it cost to buy? And what size container do you buy it by?

I’m running the snow stage 3 kit and it’s about 530 bucks for everything you need. I opted to use my washer reservoir though since it holds more than a gallon.

I’ve got boost juice in it in the pic and you get it by the gallon but I just recently switched over to super tech 0*F windshield washer fluid and I’m adding three 12 oz bottles of Heet to it. That puts it around 46% meth by volume. It’s 31% if you use the straight washer fluid (for the 0*F stuff) but depending on where you’re at you might be able to find washer fluid with higher methanol concentrations
