Those blueberry work just fine for me! Last time I had a craving for a good blueberry pancake, I picked up a box of mix had them little blue colored nuggets in there.....fail

 

Wonder if creed earned a trophy at yesterday's 'mud drags' ?

What's that go on? That band saw in the picture, place I worked long ago put that blade at a 90 deg to the table for use as bandsaw. Called it the three finger Willie

 

Attempt #2 seemed a little better today but no match for fresh blueberries. Haha, these things to represent blueberries have a consistency of little dirt clods....the rest is in garbage can

 

I’m gonna put it on my Duramax after Christmas depending on the weather. It’s an ‘03.

The bandsaw is an Ellis 1600 I bought 20 years ago, it’s awesome. We have the same one at work. I made a set of guides for it to turn the sawblade 90° to cut long stuff when it’s stood upright.

All you do is unhook the springs, pull a pin, set the table (simple piece of metal) and it stands up for use as a bandsaw. They are great saws.

Lift pump, Duramax doesn’t have a fuel pump. They use the injection pump to suck the fuel from the tank, this helps take the strain off for longer life and also better filtration.

 

The ole Ellis saw is so simple. You can loosen this knob and turn it up to 50° either way.




The table for straight up bandsaw is simple as well.
