I've never done that but I do have a piece of the rubber pad you can buy to put under a rug to keep it from slipping on hardwoods in my gym bag that I cut to the width/length of a bench. I used to use it at commercial gyms that have slick benches. That was before I discovered A7 and their bench grip shirts

Straight up passed out standing up.... Was feeling good on overhead pressing and hit 5 sets. Went up over 300 for funsies and as soon as I unracked I was doomed. Barely reracked it before I was out. Somehow held myself up while I was blacked out. Might have pushed a little too much too early...

Also damn @Travish325 passing out, I'm just glad you didnt knock your head into something heavy and metal when you passed out.

Yeah I'm good, I was able to hold the bar and not go down. Fucked with me though. I've never blacked out before and now I just feel off. Especially since it's a weight I know I can hit, the mental side sucks.

You got this man. Seeing stars happens. It’s always right after a big brace and lift with front squats and overhead press stuff. Shit happened to me earlier whenever I unracked it too. Had to put it down. Take a couple breaths and go at it again.
