I just installed my OME 884/5100 and progressive AAL without OL. I drove it around a bit after the install to let things settle before taking it to get an alignment. I took it to a “specialty” alignment shop and asked them for as much caster as possible while keeping camber and toe around 0. This was my final numbers. upload_2020-12-20_18-12-40.jpg

After alignment, my truck is pulling to the right. I plan on getting it realigned, but can anyone tell me what might be causing it? Is it the difference in caster from driver to passenger side? Do my rear numbers suggest my rear axle is off?

I should also mention I am running factory UCA so I am slightly limited on adjustment

In my opinion, your caster is off too much on the right side. Needs to be closer to the left's measurements. i know 0.05 doesnt seem like much but if you got it close to that 2.3 as you can, you'd notice a difference.

I thought that might be the culprit after doing some research and looking at other peoples alignment numbers. Thanks for the input.

No problem! Im very picky about my alignments too. I always want pretty specific numbers. Its tough finding a shop thatll give you what you want.

Unfortunately there are no shops near me that specialize in lifted trucks. The shop I took it to had great reviews but I think they do a lot of slammed/cambered cars. I was actually surprised they were able to get the caster to 2.3 on stock UCAs. Just wish it was consistent between the left and right.

Similar issue. Bestow knowledge upon me oh wise interweb forum.
Issue: pulls left consistently, wanders left to right on freeway, steering wheel clocked slightly to right.
Old man emu 887 w/ AAL lift installed. Factory UCAs.
    Total lift over factory:
    Front- 3.25in

Yours might be a caster issue, like having too little caster. Having stock UCAs limits that. If the caster is closer to 0, itll have that wondering characteristic. Your toe and camber looks good

Thank you for the input. I am thinking I need to buy Aftermarket UCAs to correct ride quality. I was super bummed after driving the truck away. I’ve only had the truck for about 1000 miles and now it currently drives like an old U-Haul

Don't know if this was mentioned but is your tire pressures perfectly where they should be? After you change suspension geometry staggered tire pressures can have a more dramatic effect.

It reminds me of the days driving my super swamper TSL bias ply aired down to a fart home front the trail

Cool, I don't know the accuracy of those sensors but I'd try a regular pencil gauge tester...

All right for science I’ll do it. When I get to work tomorrow I’ll hook a calibrated pressure transducer up to it. I’ll run it through the data acquisition and see what it compares to the Tacoma computer

Lol....that's the spirit. I'm still rubbing two sticks together but sometimes simple technology works better.

I’m in a similar boat. I am the ape in the back of the building surrounded by expensive equipment. I need to figure out how to go from female Schrader valve to AN style fittings . I shall return!

    Maybe I need aftermarket UCAs...
My overall lift was much higher than advertised at 3.25in. Maybe this lift works well without UCAs at around the 2.5in mark. But mine being so high requires UCAs-
Just a guess. It would be an expensive part just to throw at it to see if it’s a fix.
