    Heh. Nobody “needs” a TV at all. Had no intention of getting one that big, but feature-wise it was cheaper than the 65 and 75 right next to it, so I bit. The beauty of Costco is the 90 day return. If the size is too much for the room, I’ll bring it back (AFTER the CFP and Super Bowl of course)

    Certainly didn't "need" it but our old TV from 2007 was getting flakey and we have a big TV room. And it's been a shit year. My wife and I both work in the medical field. It's really really sucked.

    I actually meant to order the 77, but must have clicked the wrong button. I was a bit overwhelmed by the size of it and how it looked in the back of the truck was bonkers.

    Watching Mandalorian on it was spectacular, though. I have no regrets.

    Heh I'm replacing a 55" rear projection on casters from 2003. Rolled it to the curb and some college kids picked it up (that was a few months ago). Looking forward to binging the Mandalorian on it when the room is done. Only paint is left. And yes, definitely a shit year.
