    talking on the phone VS girls putting on makeup while driving.
    ok so where i live, its illegal to talk on the phone and drive.
    now what i dont understand is, how is putting on makeup and driving any safer? if not worse? i mean, and least while your talking your looking at the road!!
    this is something that really bothers me!

    Where I live, there's a new bylaw coming into effect in the new year that allows the police to ticket someone for ANY sort of distracted driving, as deemed by the officer.

    Anything from cell phones, to make up, to eating fast food, etc.
