So my back window shattered, for the time being ive got duct tape covering the window.

I called a shop and asked how much it would cost for a replacement, I would have to buy a new window and door with it all. It would be 500$ so im not paying that.

Anyone fixed their own themselves? Wondering what kind of material you have used. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For $500 you might be able to find a used canopy on craigslist. Honestly though when my front glass broke I just bucked up and paid the price, seen some people use clear plastic wrap/plywood/duct tape to fix but looks getto AF. Sorry not much help.

    Free bump.

Wonder if a glass shop could beat that price..or maybe you could use plexiglass?

As many as I can fabricate
Get Joey down at ace hardware to cut you a piece of glass. I think a $50 would cover it and Joey's lunch too. You'll need a cardboard templet or frame to get it done.
