Weathertech "Bump Step" has any one seen or purchased one? Are they good, bad, useful? Saw a commercial tonight looked like a good idea for protecting a stock bumper.

Just ordered one, coming in a couple days-- I like the fact that it is plastic and would most likely break/absorb the shock, rather than transfer it to the rest of the truck with a steel one. Also I heard if you step in the middle it's a decent step. We'll see.

Seems like a good idea, I might have to look into one.

I could have used one of these a couple weeks ago when I got tagged in the rear end. Luckily only the bumper and it's internal reinforcement bar were damaged. But one of these might have saved it.

    Stock for now.. maybe
Fist time I've heard about this.. shin buster for sure. If I were to go this way I'd definitely try to pad it a bit or paint it a bright color to help everyone out. Interesting though

Just got the WeatherTech--pushed it all the way in-- pretty nice-- doesn't stick out that much-- only room for your toes as a step in this configuration but not bad...
