Looking for some help from TW community. I installed my S2 pods in the ditch lights today. I tested them before I put them in. One minute they are working fine. Before I know it, the switch no longer turns on and the lights aren’t working. Did I somehow blow a fuse? Let me know. Can provide photos if needed.

Did you check the fuse? Or any of the connections?

    :notsure:

How do I check the fuse on the Baja? Can’t seem to figure it out.

I think connecter to switch may be broken. One of the three prongs has metal sticking out. May try and just wire to a button. If anyone else has any ideas let me know.

Do you have access to a meter>?
Otherwise you've got some troubleshooting to do.
    Are you using a relay?

I don’t have a meter unfortunately. I think the lights have a built in fuse but I’m not sure about a relay. I have a relay for my light bar but not sure about Baja lights.

BD lights dont have internal fuses on the led pod.

Disconnect your BD lights and apply direct to the battery posts. They'll light up or they won't. Simple test if they function.

Can we get some pics to get what you're dealing with setup wise? Otherwise we're just guessing.

Squadron sport and S2's do not have a relay, just a fused power and the switch on the wiring. There is an inline fuse about a foot in on the positive cable that connects to the battery.

There are some photos. I think the broken female connector that plugs into the switch may be causing the issue. If you guys see something else or want more photos I’ll add them. The lights were working at one point. I’ve tried unplugging all the harnesses and replugging them in.

Yep, blown fuse. Something shorted. Likely at the switch prongs. Disconnect the positive from the battery, replace the fuse, reconnect the wires to the correct spades at the switch and then reconnect to the battery so nothing can short out while poking around making other connections and replacing the fuse.

Connecting to the battery should be the last step during install otherwise if you touch the wrong spades while connecting to the switch it'll pop that fuse with the wires already hot.

Put in a new fuse exactly as instructed. Still no luck with them turning on. Light bar still working properly. Any other issues?

Thank you! That’s what I’m leaning towards the low profile. Do you have a further away picture of the front end of your truck.
