It is black. It’s a powder coat so it has a matte finish.

Crazy, mine didn’t make a dent on the rear end. Still have the rear 1” higher than my front at the moment

Same here. I was surprised it came in that high. Spencer and Peter said 315ish was their guess but hadn’t had a long bed model confirm.

Prinsu should fit according to those specs, tiny gap but wheeling flex might create contact

they told be 270-280 for the short bed and the larger was 300. I wonder what changed. Unless you weighted it with more gas or other stuff which made it seem heavier

I’ve heard for the 3rd gen it should but doubtful for 2nd gen. I’m going to keep my Prinsu but some cutting will be required

I’m not retarded. Filled up the tank... drove 11 miles to the scale pre camper. Filled the tank .....drove 9 miles to the scale post camper. Front axle was exactly the same weight both times.

Also... when I was there I let them know I was going to get the exact weight and they were stoked. They were guessing 320ish for the LB. Sounded like the last one weighed was a short bed and there was a potential full/not full fuel tank discrepancy.
The tent material is stout as hell. I’m sure it’s most of the weight.

Yah sounds like it. just higher than originally noted. He was thinking 270-290 on the short bed. But all good just means I need to shed another 100lbs somewhere.

Is it a cat scale nearby?

When I was there I picked one up by myself no problem, sans upper extrusions and tent of course, but even the frame and doors was barely anything. Spencer told me from the beginning the tent was by far the heaviest component.

I’m totally fine with my 376lb black beauty, I fucking love slamming these doors shut during everyday stuff. The X-1 is so much better than the GFC I had, and on another planet compared to the Flippac. Thanks for getting the weight done @justrussell

Please let them know. In 2023 when they finally stop capping Tacomas and get the Tundra version done I'm expecting it to be perfect. :D

There wasn’t an incomplete one there for me to lift but they did say the fuselage itself is probably only around 40lbs. Slamming the doors is definitely fun.
