Calirased customer service sucks

    Ordered my rocksliders from a local company down east off-road (do yourself a favor and don't deal with them). October 23rd. Was given a 3-4 week lead time. (Thought this was rather good) also ordered a cbi rear skid plate from cbi with a 6 week lead time. Was ok with me figured I would have the sliders for an event I was going to in 5 weeks.
    The day before Thanksgiving I got a call that my sliders and skid plate was in. I was stoked, drive 3 hours to go pick them up and the sliders are wrong. 25 degree, not 0degree steps that I wanted for my wife and kids to get in the truck. Back and forth insured of who's fault it was. They made several calls and said it was calirased fault and they would rush ship a new set out, but it would be 2 weeks.
    At 3 weeks I called. I had not heard so much as a peep from either company, even though both companies said they would call me Monday after the holidays. I was told they were being shipped and I would see them in a few days. Another week goes by and I called @CaliRaisedLed and got to the guy who handles their commercial accounts. Wow was that a waste he was much more interested in backing up downeast off-road then taking care of an upset customer. Also told me that because of covid and the Christmas holidays they were 12 weeks out. But mine were rushed and would be shipped out as soon as they were fabricated. Upset is no longer the word for it. Dec. 24 and still nothing.
    @CaliRaisedLed I understand stuff happens but this needs to get addressed and fixed. I went with your company because of your reputation for quality and customer service. Can't speak to the quality but the later I feel has been terrible.
