Confirming Night & Day Difference! Installed 5160s ONLY

I have the 6112/5160+3AAL kit sitting here from Wheeler's. So far no one in my area has the ECGS bushing removal tool, so I can't do the 6112s or lift the back until I order the tools (it kills me to buy the removal/install toolset for $75!).

Needing a quick win for the day, so I installed the rear shocks just to see how it feels with no lift. I took it for a spin and hit all my neighborhood dips, divots, potholes, curbs.

WOW! Potholes? What potholes? How do you guys who've done a 6112/5160 lift not go telling on the mountain or shout from the rooftops? I waited four years and 50k miles to do what should've been done on Day 1. This makes a huge difference! I can't wait to do the fronts.

If anyone in NWA can lend me the ECGS removal+install tools, I will donate my extra Fox Roost Shield to you.

 

It’s a great set up. Put mine in around 2k one of the best decisions I have made yet.
