Is your other truck officially dead? Just go use that one. Someone will have to confirm 1995-2000 boosters will work on 2001-2004 though.

 

I never had good results with 2 party brake bleeding.
Hose on bleeder other end in jar with fluid covering it, hand pump pedal engine off, fill reservoir, repeat.
