Right tail light problems causing flashing dash lights

    Hello, I have an issue with my right passenger side turn signal when turned on it also flashes lights on the other side of the car and also flashes/dims the dash lights. The photos are of what the lights look like when the left and right turn signals are on so you can see the difference between the right and left. Driver side is working fine passenger side is the problem.

    My first guess is a ground somewhere or the trailer light module is bad. Maybe a bulb is bad too even though they all work? So where is the ground for the lights? Anyone have other thoughts on the problem?

    It was the trailer wiring harness I removed it last night and it fixed the issue.

    Those trailer light adapters are notorious for causing all kinds of weird issues.
