Heavy rain the other day and noticed passenger side seat belt was damp, almost wet. Would the culprit be the obvious and replace the passenger side doors seals?

when you close the both doors on that side it’s almost a hollow sound.

Do you have a roof rack?

    I’d think seals.

Okay. I’d suggest taking the plastic trim off, closing the doors and running water out of a hose over the door seal to see if you can find the leak

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Do the “dollar bill” test. Close the door on a bill and try to drag the bill around the door. The harder the bill is to move the better the seal

I’m having the same problem, but on the drivers side. Seals look ok, but I don’t know what else would allow water inside the door. Mine is a 2011 Access Cab.

I tried that. Resistance was exactly the same on both doors.
