Hi all, I just purchased and installed a replica TRD Pro Grille from Taco Vinyl. Sharing my experience here.

    Pros:
    • Build quality and fitment is great
    • Letters are molded on
    Cons:
    • TSS Garnish is glued to grille, making the TSS sensor install difficult.
    • TSS sensor did not fit snuggly with one bolt. I bought flange nuts for the two factory screws and installed them in the original factory location (on the sides of the sensor) to secure the sensor. This was quite tricky to do since the TSS garnish is glued on. I pretty much used a magnet to hold the bolt in place, put the TSS sensor in place (without the magnet, the bolts would fall off), then stuck an Allen wrench behind the sensor to hold the bolt in place while tightening the nut.
Overall, I’d recommend this grille, just be ready for a tricky install.
