Good morning everyone. No tree damage that I can find. Snow was all gone before noon but we got a dusting overnight. Stay safe and warm.

We took the FL's for a walk today, didn't see a tail.

 

Thanks for asking Sue. He has been home for the past month and he is doing okay. In the spring we will be getting him back for a bit because he has healed so well, they want to take the screws and plate in his ankle out. He is back to his normal self. How are yours doing? hope Annie is doing okay!

 

Happy to hear he is doing so well. Zoie is her usual lazy self and Annie is hanging in there, but is now limping on another leg sometimes. Thanks for checking.

Good morning, folks and Happy Birthday, Susan!!!

I pretty much did nothing yesterday - unplugged my mother-in-law's toilet and decided that was enough unpleasantry for the day. We'll see what today brings.

This is happening to a 49 year old person who is a little overweight but far from unhealthy. Rides a mountain bike with his wife every weekend.His heart stopped on Christmas morning, but they got it going again. They turned him over (as I mentioned earlier) to make breathing less difficult. Yesterday his kidneys began to fail and so now he is getting peritoneal dialysis. We're waiting for an update this morning on how that is going.

Waiting is all we can do; we can't get in to see him, and we can't be with his wife because she is fighting the virus as well.

This virus is a mean beast. Stay safe! Protect those you care about.

 

Gotta be a tough time. Hope and prayers. Stay strong.

I did manage to put out boundary flags after installing the wireless "fence" for Rex. He escaped the house TWICE today while I was getting ready to mark the boundary. And he was less than impressed with the flags and me on the leash ..... but he'll do anything for a treat. I'm counting on that long term!
