I had paint protection film installed on the roof because I thought it would be hard to clean once I installed the Prinsu rack. I did the hood while I was at it.

I had the Prinsu rack vinyl wrapped with a topographical map pattern. The shop did not do a great job of matching the paint but it was only $100.

I installed a couple of Baja Designs S1 lights on the sides, and a Diode Dynamics 42" amber flood on the front. I will tackle the wiring in the coming weeks, for now I put the connectors in ziplock bags. I am waiting for the Rigid Chase Bar to come out in a few weeks, might put one on the back.

Added an OEM bed mat onto the list of things for the new truck. Nothing unique but very much needed.

@mrCanoehead yea first thing I thought after my prinsu install was, “this will make washing and drying the roof interesting.” Haha

Your rig looks awesome! I love those slimline winch bumpers. I'm leaning that direction myself.

Boring but..... First 1000 mile (1600KM) Oil change.

Had the oil changed at my trusted garage today. A little controversial and some say a waste of money, but for various reasons I felt was necessary. I asked my trusted mechanic his opinion and he said he even did it on his personal brand new 3/4 ton truck last year when it was new.

Finished up the Quick Fist mounts. Like the way they turned out. 1 1/2 1/4 inch aluminum. 6 inch lengths.
Had 10 feet of it laying around do that's what I used. PXL_20201228_214405255.jpg PXL_20201228_214418385.jpg

Finally ready to pull the trigger on seat covers. I had my mind set on Clazzios but then a buddy bought a used truck with ruff and tough brand seat covers that looked very nice. I’ve not seen Clazzios in person, but read many rave reviews on this site. Any thoughts or recommendations?

I removed my raptor lights. I liked them but then recently I learned why the Ford Raptor has them and I thought it was silly for me to have them lol. I still like the overall look but after seeing them on so many other cars I got turned off. Today I saw them on a Rav4, Crosstrek, and a Prius. That did it for me hahaha. No offense to those that still have them or will add them in the future :)

I really liked them a couple years ago, but lately I’ve been quite unimpressed.

I highly recommend another route. I purchased this with the amber and white bar, and the design quality is VERY lacking. The design is as simple as you can get and doesn’t justify the height cost. Then during assembly, I noticed that the prinsu fairing interfered with the light bar bolts. Upon close inspection of the pictures on their website, you can see that they cut a notch out of the fairing for the bolt. None of this is even mentioned in their installation video. Lastly, I had to put a spacer under their “custom designed” mount so I could aim it down and not be pointing at the moon. I was very disappointed.

Have you done the "stealth" lightbar install inside of the front bumper grill? Do you have a recommendation on a particular light bar?

The horns are mounted under the bed and the compressor & tank are in my bed. I’ll eventually change that but it doesn’t take up a whole lot of space so I’m not in a rush
