    Hello,
I am interested in ordering some fiberglass fenders and bed sides for my 2nd gen tacoma, specifically fiber werx glass. A company in B.C. can take the order, looking at around $2565.00 for front fenders and bed sides +tax + $350-400 shipping cost. I am still waiting to find out if shipping cost would stay close to the same with multiple orders, BUT my guess is, it should not change much, glass is light and can be packed together without much of a bigger box needed.

When a bunch of us have made orders for glass for our race bikes from over seas, sometimes up to 5 sets of race fairings, and no added cost on shipping, so I am hoping even finding 1 other to go halves on shipping cost with?

As we all know Ontario is huge, so I guess for this to work, we would need to live somewhat close? I live just 40min. north of Toronto, BUT I am willing to drive half way of up to 2hrs to either meet to bring parts, or get my parts, so that is a 4 hr radius of Toronto?

I am pretty easy to work with, if anyone is interested in discussing further or more details needed?

    fiberwerx.com
for the price quote above I asked for the
2nd gen tacoma prerunner style TT 4 door, long bed, bed sides (4" bulge, 2.5" rise) with optional fuel door.
front fenders with 4" bulge, 2" rise, with optional bumper caps

I am also waiting on another quote from another company out west.

    Thanks
    Rob

Good luck finding another person! If only you were looking to get those a year ago
All I can say is stay away from McNeil fiberglass, worst quality ever. I have those on my truck right now. Don't recommend. Lines messed, molds don't match, not symmetrical even etc...

Thanks, Ya I dont really have any high hopes in finding anyone to join in, but thought it is worth asking. Sorry to hear your glass fits like shit!! Any pictures? I have checked out a few you tube videos, with decent reviews about the fiberwerx stuff, but oddly I have also read some good things about the stuff you got also, odd... Could be some dont think about or care about the shit lining up properly? I know I do! But at the same time, I also know glass almost always needs some work to look good, and lots of work to look great, but I can do that myself, so my expectations, figure I will need to spend some hours.

    any pictures of your truck?

you can start here and keep reading, https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...mcneil-hannemann.182455/page-17#post-23254579

it's known thing apparently - McNeil sends their worst batch to East Coast/Canada because people then would not be able to do return as easy with all shipping, duties etc.. It's been close to a year, never got my front bumper end caps. Fuck that company.

Don't have many pictures, here is the last one I have. Painted it with Raptor Coating on the outside, and bed coating on the inside.

Well, Ontario cold is -9C at most, so it’s not real cold I’ll say. Fenders holding fine, they have bed liner sprayed on the inside and raptor coating on outside.

My experience with aftermarket fiber glass is from a long time ago, so I recall you would see those spider cracks after couple winters.

When you said raptor coating outside, you didn't paint it? in the picture looks like it's painted.

    Check build thread!
This pic made me laugh because I live about 15 minutes from here, and the amount of people I see stuck here is hilarious.
