I tried to sign up - can't do the on-line certification so I had to opt for a mailed confirmation code which, given the current state of things with the USPS, ought to arrive about June of 2021.

I tried the INFORMED delivery.........USPS couldn't verify my cell phone number to my address......don't know why. They said they'd send via snail mail a code to verify. Well, obviously, I got the package today so the sending a code via mail was a waste of my time. All that crap because I didn't get a tracking number.......whatever.

    No. The OG choice.

I hope she didn't send out covers without a notice.

Not yet. I'll make a decision once I get an upper cover. The edge of the bottom is very visible with the flash. Not a tight fit.

So, I finally "adjusted" the install. The clip bent wayy too easily with hand pressure. I was hoping for at least twice the effort. My confidence in longevity is limited.

I also measured the before and after angles. About 15-fucking-degrees. It is a compound angle, so it is not a true measure. Just too far to give the design any credit whatsoever.

    Before:

    After:

About the only thing that I can say is that the nasty gaps are gone for the most part.

No it doesn’t. There’s not an icosahedron in that murk that has 19 identical sides that say “delay and/or don’t respond.” (I guess I still had some saltiness left that floated up like crap in my zen pool.)

I’m dead of an aneurysm before my handle ships /end oxygen

/ktjo keeps my $, doesn’t ever ship handle...

/need handle more than ever for my vegetative state.

seriously though, having had back surgery three months before the preorder went live in November 2019, I invested thinking I’d have a helper to get in and out of my truck at some point in 2020. The fact it’ll be in 2021 if ever is making my head explode. #dumbb*tch

That was how much I had to deform the clip for the bolt to properly align with the hole in the parts. I was measuring along the length of the bolt.

For reference, here's the riding condition when the kit was received.
