My store is small- all of the screws/bolts, etc are in 1 aisle. I found 8s but no six Us or Js.

You're trying to align the bolts blindly, by feel. Once you get them started, it goes fast.

A nice quality flange head bolt would be a great upgrade. I've used Bolt Depot, Albany Fasteners, and others like them in the past for smaller quantities. All for naught though since I don't have the handle or any indication it's coming that was paid for almost a year ago.

I didn't measure. I wouldn't use what is noted on the site since it seems to differ from what we got?

Probably just best to wait on the delivery.

Wow. Seeing that this is still going on amazes me. I almost did the pre-order on the handle, but after one order through her for something else, I decided to wait and see the dust settle on this. I see the dust is still swirling. I applaud you guys for your good humor on the situation. Because this really sucks.

And for those of you going to the hardware store for, you know, hardware, I would skip it. I use McMaster-Carr for any nuts and bolts. Their selection is yuge, their mobile app is easy to use, and they typically get stuff to me in two days.

    Stay positive, gents!

I've used them numerous times in the past and the selection is great. I'm close so usually receive the next day. However, when you only need one nut, seems silly to buy 50. That's the main reason to go local if you can.

I feel so left out as I can't participate in the bolt and j-nut conversation because I can't see it, feel it or smell it in person

oh man, Where's my Grab Handle? at the Office, at the PO or is it on it's way

My 2 cents. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes total to start and tighten the 2 bolts, once I was able to see how they needed to be aligned to start by using a flashlight and looking in there through the top, where the piece meets the headliner. I had to push my handle hard towards the windshield to get the bolt perpindicular to start it. The 2 bolts supplied do not look cheap, they looked fine, and started no problem when aligned correctly and at the right angle. The lengths were fine also. I also had tried to find a better lower bolt uclip from our local hardware store, which has what seems like thousands of those little bins full of the weirdest hardware ever, but I did not find an M6 x 1.0 clip so I used Katies. And the one supplied by Katie is not super cheap. All of her hardware seemed fine to me. My lower bolt cover does not fit well, but no one will notice.

    This ^

If it was a common bolt that had potential use in the projects I usually take on, I would. But I never need 50 M6x1.0 bolts lol

For sure. I'm a hardware hoarder so I don't mind having extras. The extra crap has come in handy too many times.

I bet m6x1.0 X 55mm would work for both bolts.

Ordered via PayPal since April. Been waiting patiently, but very excited. When I saw her posts on IG about arrival and pending shipment I was thrilled. I unfortunately did not see my name on the confirmation list so I reached out with PP transaction ID and specifics. Have tried contacting her multiple times after I did not receive the shipping confirmation email. I have tried getting a hold of her via her website 'contact' page, email, social media and even calling and leaving a message. I only received one response through email but with no resolution. Really bummed I had to take it to PP dispute/resolution center. I don't even want a refund, I just want the product.
Ghosting customers is not a good look.

How can you dispute a purchase from 8 months ago?

you open a case in PayPal if possible and have them likely tell you your SOL, then you call your bank. Obviously use of a credit card is ideal.

I can't imagine even a credit card would allow a dispute back that far??

Because I never received any products for my purchase. Even though it's past the 180 day window I can still report the issue to PayPal to see if they contact seller or get a resolution on my behalf.
