I've tried searching, and can't seem to find anything related to the rubber seals on the bottom of the cover. Mine is separating a bit, and letting water in. You can see the little white plastic tab that it's separating from.

Anyone know what rubber seals would fit perfectly?

Not sure where you can get the seal but I have used 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive with good luck in the past for fixing the exact same problem on another tonneau cover I had.

Try coax seal. It comes in rolls (1/2 inch wide). Just take a piece and mold it into the area where the leak is. I’ve have great success with it over the years. Never hardens.

Is this at the front of the bed? If so, I think the middle section by the cab between the two rails is taller than the rails, which causes the separation. There are also two openings where that middle section meets the rails, one on each side of the end. Toyota apparently makes an OEM plug for the openings, but you could caulk them or stuff them with weatherstripping foam. I’m planning to replace my tonneau with a cap, but had considered marking where the separation begins and ends with painters tape, and then adhering a thin piece of rubber weatherstripping, tapered at the ends with a utility knife, to the existing weather stripping in an attempt to create a better seal.
