Maybe they just wanted a pic of the actual shipping content label or packaging? In any case I would press the issue, politely, but unshakably. They shorted the order and you can go to your credit card company for restitution for products not supplied.

Looks good! The silver accent looks so cheap IMO.

I used about a can and half for the part around the shifter and the part around the radio/vents. Sprayed a couple other small things also....
remove the part and clean it real good....I used rubbing alcohol....

I mounted my body, want me to mount yours.

Thanks to @Pigpen 's write up and thread.

I chose to mount mine in the "upside down" tall configuration.

    PXL_20201230_230750652.jpg

Greased the FUCK out of them and torqued to 34 foot pounds.

    PXL_20201230_220724364.jpg

I reused the factory rear bottom washers (You can see one under the thick body mount bushing on the white towel) as they were extra thick and figured that was for good reason leaving me with an extra pair of enormous fender washers. I'll find a good use.

Both factory sides were crushed pretty equally after nearly 240,000 mi But of course the driver's side was ever so slightly more.

From making contact with the sliders to three quarters of an inch of clearance!!!

I did the same thing. Chopped them down and drilled new slots to mount. Installed a year ago and has not moved.

Stupid question but what are the pros and cons of mounting them upside down? How much lift does it give over stock? Any issues with the radiator connections?

Picked up some deavers today. I did a little bit of research on leaf spring choices and even with reading all the negative reviews on the deavers J66 springs, I still decided to get them. With my current shackle setup I already get a decent amount of lift on stock springs. But I also don't carry alot of weight and would like a little smoother ride on washboard roads. I hope these help with that and don't turn out to be a bad investment. Either way they were free so I can't complain too much. Tomorrow I'll finish installing them.
