    so, got off work earlier, than i wanted too today, as i took a flyer across the alignment rack, luckily, the rack is doing well, me, not too bad, i was able to do a spin move, and avoid impact on my bionic knee, face planted on an air hose on the concrete floor, yanked my left rotator cuff, attempting to break my fall..
