So my girl ordered candles and I'm like..cool I can dig it. I love the smell of those she picks.

Anyway, a package arrives and I'm thinking "I never smelled these before"

Son of a bitch...just lost my sense of smell

 

When you grow up broke eating corn tortillas all the time, you yearn for flour.

With grown up money, I buy all the flour tortillas I want

 

Reminds me of an article I saw recently where a candle company was getting a bunch of negative reviews this year from people saying their candles don't have any scent...well...turns out those people leaving negative reviews probably have covid lol

I got a center griddle on 5 burner gas range. Cast iron flat pans too.

 

When did we determine loss of smell/taste was connected to COVID anyway?

 

I dunno, I think I remembered hearing about it over summer sometime I think. I don't think it was initially reported as a symptom back when it all started

 

My Mom has an old Wedgewood stove with center griddle. It's a nice feature.

 

Yeah I don't remember either.

Now it makes sense as to why the chorizo didn't have as much flavor; was probably losing my sense of taste as of 2-3 hours ago.

This sucks as I was going to get my munch on and game it up.

 

yeah taste and smell are very connected to one another so it makes sense if you lose one you'd lose the other

My dad said it was the worst part of his experience with covid, he'd get hungry but eating food with no taste was a chore

 

Got the Hundy front end aligned today following the lift. It rides like butter. Straight down the road and no wandering.

I have my SPCs set on position D for 1.0+ caster. Alignment info came back with caster at +1.5 and +1.7. I'm happy with it.

Toe and camber were on spec.
