I currently have the Dakar HD leaf spring pack with the 3rd leaf removed on my 2010 access cab. After adding several hundred pounds to the back of the truck (topper, wooden platform, mattress, steel bumper, gear), my leaf springs are nearly flat. I weighed the truck recently, and it’s at 5100lbs with me in it. Front chassis is 2700lbs, rear is 2400lbs.

I’ve decided to go with custom leaf springs from Alcan. I called earlier today, and they asked for these measurements:

I currently live in the city with street parking. I crawled under my truck and attempted to measure, but had a hard time getting accurate measurements along the curve of the springs. Also didn’t feel comfortable spending more time on my narrow street under my truck with cars zooming by. I can take the truck to a garage in a week or so to get more accurate measurements, but figured someone else here has gone through this process and has the numbers already.

Thanks in advance, appreciate any response/advice
