2.5" Bilstein lift, 285/70R17 BFG ko2 tires. Method 17" Race Wheels, K&N air intake system, custom mesh grill, upgraded LED lighting throughout the whole truck, including light bars ditch lights rear bumper lights, Taco Tunes 1000 watt plug and play system.
This may have been said or talked about already, but I'm not finding it. So don't be mad at me. Thanks. Mt 2017 I have Bilstein in front adjusted all the way up , and add a Toytec ADL in rear for a total of 2.5" lift. Been hearing some kind of clunk in front end when on the road and off when hitting speed bumps harder than normal or wheeling hard. I spotted a rubbing mark on the strut which is removing the decal on the strut. Do you still have to relocate the sway bar at only 2.5" lift? The other thing I'm thinking it may be the stock top strut mounts making this noise. Are there anyone out there that has had or know of these issues. Thank you.

Your upper arms maybe hitting the strut. Jack it up and let the wheel droop see if its hitting. Usually means the upper ball joint is going. (if this is the case)

    How many miles?

Do you have a skid plate?

    Short answer is yes
Put in a sway bar relo - it’s easy and inexpensive and will bring back into the correct angle for the sway bar
What UCAs do you have ?

Thank you I'll be getting very soon. Do you think it could be the strut plates I know it showing a rubbing make most definitely from sway bar? I'll get the sway bar moved first then see if I still hear the noise .

Can you pop us a picture and we might be able to tell. One other thing you could do is drop sway bar off and drive around the block and see if it is making noise or the noise is gone .
Also what sort of clearance do you have to your wheels from the UCASs. You sure no rubbing there ?

    10/4 just figured I’d ask
I really think I’d do the sway bar drop and start there
So hard to tell without seeing things
I will say I have not had the same experience you are having with or with the relo but I was getting rub marks on my springs ( before I switched to coil overs ). So clearance is an issue with modified suspensions and no sway bar relo
    Hope that make sense
