    If a distributor order was mixed in there, you can bet that I would have been hamming it up for them to get traction also. It sounds like they took a huge chunk. While that would equate to less overall profit, it would have kept everyone in the loop.

    ROFL. Yes, I paid mine without ever receiving an email to go pay. But my receipt didn't say free shipping like yours did (just that shipping was 0.00). I wasn't an original preorder (ordered in July).

    Holy crap, got the shipping notice too!

    Full disclosure: Did pay shipping per the info last night even though my invoice clearly states Free Shipping to the Lower 48. I figured it must of been a mistake and just want the whole thing over and done with. Ordered late January.
