I seen a picture of a Taurus in another post and it reminded me of another regret. A Taurus Titanium Tracker 6" .357 Don't make them anymore I don't think. I traded it for a go cart for my kids several years ago

Chronic Pain is a cruel Task Master. Living with disabilities isn't any better. I think my next handgun purchase will be a 9mm 1911 platform, but who really knows. time will tell. I have to admit it has been nice to be able to walk upright without being hunched over at the waist all the time, and shooting my AR's and pistols earlier this year was really quite fun. Looking forward to 2021, or at least from a shooting viewpoint.

In 2011 I built up a really nice M2 to shoot 3-gun with and it was the best shooting shotgun I have ever owned. I sold it to pay for a GA Precision 338 Lapua.

Ruger GP100, .357 magnum, six inch barrel, I kind of regret selling.
The one I regret the most was an OLD H&R .22 bolt action rifle. When I got it, I had to have a local gun smith weld up the bottom of the bolt. It was so worn, it wouldn't always pick up the next round from the magazine. It had a chunk of some other wood glued into the stock from some earlier damage and the gun was old enough that it didn't have a serial number. Within 100 yards, I was dead accurate with that gun. I traded it and some cash for a new 10/22. I never was thrilled with that gun and got rid of it shortly there after.
I'd love to have that old H&R rifle back. I've kind of looked for another at pawn shops over the years but I've never found one.

I bought one last year to resell, wound up keeping it and doing some upgrades to it. I like it!

My first pistol, a S&W 1911 PD, which was the 5" scandium framed model. It was a really great gun and made me a fan of the SW scandium 1911 line. I will have another...

Didnt give it away, but Remington 525 bolt action 22 LR that technically was my dads but I adopted it in HS and when I came back from college it was gone but folks had moved houses so I thought the movers stole it....

I sold a really nice Lee Enfield .303, 1941 Australian made to buy a scuba diving computer. But I've gotten way more use out of that computer than I ever would have out of the 303.

Traded my brother a 1911 Springfield Armory Range Officer Target .45 for a Remington 1100. I won the 1911 in a charity auction for $100 worth of tickets. I've always wanted an 1100 and 1911s really aren't my thing. But traded it with the agreement that neither of us would ever sell them and are willing to trade back. So yes, traded a brand new $800-$900 1911 for a used $400 1100.

I also adhere to the never get rid of a gun policy but I do kick myself all the time for not picking up a mosin nagant back when they were $50 at gun shows. There were tons of milsurp cases of them you could rummage through and pick one out.

All my buddies had them so I didn’t see a need at the time since I shot theirs all the time. Now I see them going for $500 plus!

For me it was my STI DVC (left). Stopped shooting USPSA so didn't really need it and sold it to fund a match rifle. Now I want to shoot USPSA again. HA

HK USPc .45. Miss that gun. Was one of my first handguns and was reliable as hell.
