I saw some shock extenders for the threaded tops, but looked weak to me. The lower extenders put the shocks back at stock location relative to the axle, and reused the original upper hardware to frame. When the truck is lifted, and you can see the shock tops, it looks stock. All about the details!

Interesting. I had no idea they make that and have never seen that in stores. Will have to be on the lookout for it. Previously, I was using their Bug and Tar remover product. Pretty good stuff. Works great.
