Cali-Raised (LED) assistance

Hello everyone!
Cali-Raised (LED) is causing me a headache and I am hoping someone here could be of assistance. On 11/06/2020 I ordered the low profile ditch lights, brackets and wire harness. With the 15% Black Friday sale and $10 shipping the order came out to $146.49

I looked at my order details I found the way it was worded that it is possible I somehow ended up accidently ordering 2 (Two) sets of pods. I texted a number I located on their website and sent a picture of my order. After several days of waiting for a response they said "You only have brackets in that order. No pods"

I attempted to contact them but there is no contact number on their website and when I enter my phone number or e-mail for contact it states they're both invalid. Cali-Raised (offroad) website description sounds as if they affiliated by stating they expanded from Cali to a Texas Warehouse. I contacted them but claim ZERO affiliation stating they could not review my order.

When I also texted the number I had located on their website that number is affiliated with Cali Raised (off-road). So is there ANY way to get ahold of this company??

My order just updated from Saturday to now being expected to be delivered today. Does anyone have history with this company? I would like to get ahold of them but this seems near impossible. If anyone from the company is monitoring this thread my order # is 77513.

I’ve had good luck getting in touch with them. It just takes a while. If you leave a voicemail they get back to you within a few days. But, after that their CS is pretty good in my experience.

 

Thankfully, someone on a 3rd gen Taco form on FB just shot me their number. They don't have their number on their website. It makes you enter an e-mail or phone number but stated both of mine are invalid...
