    Hey AZ! Been an avid wheeler for years. Just got into the Tacoma world and want to hit the trails.

    I'm on stock summer tires but tomorrow/throughout the week I'd be down to go. I have a route marked on gaia that is China Dam/Tule creek that I want to try sometime.
    https://azoffroad.net/tule-creekchina-dam-trail
    That Link is where I found info.
    upload_2020-12-26_12-29-11.jpg
    This is what I added after the tule creek fort/homestead(last marker) And it would be very easy to throw in some additional stuff before the first marker depending on starting point. Site says to take castle hot springs road but theres a ton of stuff that branches off that for exploring.

    Have any routes/areas you had in mind? I'm good for just about anything within an hour of phoenix area that's not too crazy for stock trucks.

    Had a helluva great time today with @cartter469 and Evan! Great people, great views and great wheeling!

    BTW, always pay attention to the signs and where you are. If you don’t, you can rest assured that the Ranger is! Haha!

    thx guys for a great Sunday!

    Camped New Year's Eve at 31.734349,-110.749864. Stock friendly forest routes with some challenges to keep it interesting.
    Cold but enjoyable. I arrived early afternoon on New Year's Eve. If you're looking for solitude and want to unplug from the world, this is the spot. No cell service, but I could hit the Mt. Lemmon Ham radio repeater. So I had a radio operator relay a message that I had made it to camp safely. I only saw two vehicles the rest of the day. Temps were cold as soon as the sun dropped below the hillside. A roaring fire and several adult beverages later and my New Year's celebration was over, off to bed. Awoke to 24deg. temps, started a fire, made coffee and breakfast. My plans were to only spend the night and head off back home on New Year's day. Stopped by the 'Gin' house on the way out. This was my inaugural Arizona camping trip, since arriving here on Oct. 3. Very nice spot..

    This Saturday/Sunday would anyone like to go hit some dirt? I would like to go to bulldog canyon from Bush highway at some point in the near future. (already have that permit) But I am open to any suggestions. I am still stock on some pretty bad tires so nothing super serious :D

    @Beancooker
    Will do! I'm currently grounded right now. Apparently I've been spending more time with my truck than with my wife and chores around the house. This weekend is dedicated to a quick bedroom painting and yard work... and some required cuddling. Then I earn points to go stake out some hunting spots as I put in for Elk and Pronghorn... wishful thinking that I get drawn!
